Setting up the Newsgroups

The newsgroups can be found on the public newsgroups (news.zoneorchestrator.com).

You will need a ZoneOrchestrator account to access these Newsgroups. ZoneOrchestrator accounts are reserved exclusively for the MemberPlus community.

Setting up the Newsgroups from within Outlook Express 6

Launch Outlook Express 6. Click on Tools, then Accounts. Click on Add, then 'News'.

This will bring up the Internet Connection Wizard. Fill in the fields as appropriate, and click 'Next' when appropriate.

After arriving at the Internet News Server Name, type the following as your news server:
         news.zoneorchestrator.com

Check the box 'My news server requires me to log on'. Click next.

Fill in the username and password with your ZoneOrchestrator Account information. This can be found by requesting your account details from here.

Please note: Your ZoneOrchestrator account is reserved for your use only. Unauthorized use of your ZoneOrchestrator account may result in unspecified consequences.

Click next, and finish the addition operation.

Viewing the ZoneOrchestrator Community Newsgroups

To view the forums, right-click on the appropriate NG (news.zoneorchestrator.com), and click on "Newsgroups". Highlight the desired forum, and then click on 'Subscribe'. Click OK when done.

zoc.announcements: Announcements will be posted here.

zoc.social: Social conversations may be carried on here.

zoc.mplus.gamers: For all gamers group issues or concerns.

zoc.mplus.helpers: For all helpers group issues or concerns.

zoc.mplus.orientation: For orientation purposes only.

zoc.mplus.security: For security, or security related, concerns.

zoc.zo.support.technical: For ZoneOrchestrator technical support concerns.

zoc.zo.support.accounts: For ZoneOrchestrator account concerns.
